Menstrual cups are a sustainable and reusable menstrual hygene product that you wear inside the vagina to control flow during your period. The cups are a usually made with medical grade silicone (though not always), and come in different shapes and sizes. They can be worn up to 12 hours, and can be used for as long as 5 - 10 years.
